This started with a simple thing we kept noticing. Small towns are full of people who make something worth driving for — a rub mixed in a coffee can, a sauce bottled on a kitchen counter, a brisket plate served out of a carport on Fridays. None of them ever had a billboard.

Church-lot cookoffs, backyard smokers, family bottles with a piece of masking tape for a label. That work carries a place with it. Somebody's county is in that jar.

We are not a grocery cart. We do not want your recipe, and we do not want a cut of your sale. You keep your own checkout. We bring the foot traffic.
